Ginger is truly one of nature’s wonder-herbs. It’s amazing how it takes the medical industry billions of dollars to synthesize artificial medicines which can only do half of what nature can do.
Your tea recipe looks like something i’d love to try next time I have an ailment…it would work just as well as the over-the-counter stuff.
